We are dedicated to offering a wide range of classes in order to fit the needs of our students and take great pride in being feedback friendly.

We use yoga poses as a template, constructing the frame in which self-acceptance, conscious living and grace can evolve. All our classes are sensitive to alignment, teaching movement from the inside out, breath coordination and safety. Our hope is that you will be inspired and allow the lessons learned on your mat to enhance your personal lives and the lives of those you love.
